I started this site for one, simple reason: to answer the question, “What’s happening in Chicago technology.” I felt that no single website could provide the answer. My goal is to create a site that covers the Chicago technology scene with quality articles and a dash of wit. WindyBits will feature a comprehensive schedule of technology events that are of interest to tech savvy Chicagoans. And we’ll keep you up-to-date on Chicago news and general tech news.

I have a 9 to 5, too. I work for Tribune Media Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tribune Company. And–you guessed it–I have a blog, too: underscorebleach.net. That one’s got some curse words on it.
